PPO wear‑resistant modification is realized by introducing self‑lubricating, high‑hardness and high‑wear‑resistance fillers into the PPO matrix, which reduces the friction coefficient and improves the anti‑wear performance of the material. It maintains low wear loss and low abrasion to matching parts under dry friction or poor lubrication conditions, while keeping excellent dimensional stability.

MAIN APPLICATIONS It is used to manufacture lubrication‑free transmission parts such as bearings, bushings, gears and cams. Widely applied for internal gears and guide rails of printers and copiers; window lifting mechanisms and wiper motor worm gears in the automotive industry; high‑speed sliding components of textile machinery, and oil‑free lubrication parts of food machinery.
